Our team has fully gutted multiple stores within the prestigious Bal Harbor Shops as well as Waste Removal. 

Here at Zoo Miami we did a full gut of all restrooms and a full remodel of the zoo's Aviary, along with miscellaneous labor items.

We have now worked in multiple LA Fitness's across South Florida with plans of doing many more.

J.Z. Demolition has completed multiple projects within the Design District from retail shops demolitions  to cleaning common areas.

We have tackled numerous projects inside of Coral Gables' infamous Merrick Park. We have done shops as well as restaurants.
