Founder - Jorge Balseiro
Jorge Balseiro, the founder of J.Z. Drywall Inc., began his entrepreneurial journey in 1998 upon arriving in the United States from Cuba with his family. His dedication and tireless work ethic fueled the establishment of a thriving drywall business known for its quality and reliability. Motivated by the happiness and well-being of his family, Jorge expanded his legacy by partnering with his grandson, Alexander DeArmas, to launch J.Z. Demolition in 2021. Together, they exemplified a commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry.
Throughout his life, Jorge was a testament to resilience and determination, overcoming challenges to build a successful business and provide for his loved ones. His hard work and vision continue to inspire those who knew him. Sadly, Jorge passed away in June 2023 after a brief battle with cancer, leaving behind a lasting impact on his family, community, and the businesses he helped create. His legacy lives on through the continued success and dedication of J.Z. Group Miami, a testament to his enduring spirit and commitment to his family's happiness.

Passionate about excellence and innovation, Alexander steers J.Z.'s strategy, growth, and operations. His leadership cultivates integrity and dedication, propelling J.Z. as a beacon of entrepreneurial spirit and community commitment.
Zenaida Balseiro
Zenaida Balseiro is a dedicated professional serving as the secretary of JZ Group Miami, a role where she manages important paperwork and helps keep things organized. She is also the supportive wife of the late Jorge Balseiro, who founded JZ Demolition, a company known for its expertise in demolition work. Zenaida brings her skills in administration to support both her husband's business and the broader operations of JZ Group Miami.
Christopher Carter
Christopher Carter, Vice President and Lead Estimator for JZ Demolition over sees Operations of the Company as well as Proposals for New Jobs. Christopher specializes in building lasting relationships with current and new clients while trying to acquire new projects. He has held and built the culture for JZ Demolition and strides himself on improving and innovating everyday.

Juan Machado
As a Project Manager, Juan over sees most projects while plays a key role in the fields team productivity and efficiency. He is an expert in problem solving and multitasking complex situations and has a keen eye for detail, intuition and success. Juan is a leader amongst the Field team and withholds the highest level of job-site security.
Miguel Muniz
As a Superintendent in the company,
Miguel leads the execution of assigned projects and manage demolition operations according to the established requirements under my supervision.
Yeser Martinez
