Founder - Jorge Balseiro
Jorge Balseiro, the founder of J.Z. Drywall Inc., began his entrepreneurial journey in 1998 upon arriving in the United States from Cuba with his family. His dedication and tireless work ethic fueled the establishment of a thriving drywall business known for its quality and reliability. Motivated by the happiness and well-being of his family, Jorge expanded his legacy by partnering with his grandson, Alexander DeArmas, to launch J.Z. Demolition in 2021. Together, they exemplified a commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry.
Throughout his life, Jorge was a testament to resilience and determination, overcoming challenges to build a successful business and provide for his loved ones. His hard work and vision continue to inspire those who knew him. Sadly, Jorge passed away in June 2023 after a brief battle with cancer, leaving behind a lasting impact on his family, community, and the businesses he helped create. His legacy lives on through the continued success and dedication of J.Z. Group Miami, a testament to his enduring spirit and commitment to his family's happiness.

Passionate about excellence and innovation, Alexander steers J.Z.'s strategy, growth, and operations. His leadership cultivates integrity and dedication, propelling J.Z. as a beacon of entrepreneurial spirit and community commitment.
Jonathan Lantigua
As Vice President and Chief Estimator of JZ, Jonathan excels in collaborating with clients and providing precise quotes. With a keen eye for detail and industry expertise, he ensures accurate, competitive estimates, fostering trust and delivering exceptional value and a personal experience for every client.
Zenaida Balseiro
Zenaida Balseiro is a dedicated professional serving as the secretary of JZ Group Miami, a role where she manages important paperwork and helps keep things organized. She is also the supportive wife of the late Jorge Balseiro, who founded JZ Demolition, a company known for its expertise in demolition work. Zenaida brings her skills in administration to support both her husband's business and the broader operations of JZ Group Miami.
Katherine Lantigua
As Treasurer and Head of Accounting of JZ, Katherine manages all financial operations and strategic initiatives, including budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Katherine plays a pivotal role in guiding financial decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and maintaining the organization's financial health.
Christopher Carter
Christopher's first job title is project manager, so he properly staff, schedule and coordinates the crews for JZ Demolition and JZ Construction. On top of that, he is also the point of contact for JZ Waste Management. Aside from his duties in our 3 service companies he is also the architectural design specialist for JZ Developments which covers 2D floor plans, 3D renderings and development ad campaigns.

Kaleb Perez
As a Superintendent, Kaleb directs the flawless execution of assigned projects, weaving every detail into a masterpiece that perfectly aligns with our standards. Beyond the blueprint, Kaleb also directs the trailers, making sure every piece of equipment and material reaches its destination, hitting all the right notes of punctuality and safety.
Miguel Muniz
As a Superintendent in the company,
Miguel leads the execution of assigned projects and manage demolition operations according to the established requirements under my supervision.
Yeser Martinez
