We have completed numerous projects within Baptist Main Campus such as the Main Lobby, Corridors as well as the entire South Service Building just to name a few.

J.Z. Demolition has worked many times in the Baptist South Campus including there CCU Rooms and miscellaneous Job-Site maintenance. 

Our team has gutted countless floors throughout the tower as well as electrical rooms, bathrooms, and selective patient rooms.

In UM Doral we have completed gutted multiple floors and have managed to stay in business long enough to complete 2 full remodels.

Here in UM Sylvester we have demolished the Phlebotomy Rooms as well as complete floors and miscellaneous items throughout. 

Our team has completed multiple projects within the UM Bascom Palmer Eye Institute such as the Library and Eye Lanes Rooms.

Here at Nicklaus Children's Hospital our team just finished a Selective Demolition throughout the Lab.
